Who this covers
This site offers free self-service diagnostic tools — the Agentic Enterprise Maturity Assessment, the AI Use-Case Prioritizer, and the RPI Value & ROI Estimator — operated by Mike Kennedy under aistrategyandtransformation.com.
What we collect
The tools only process the information you choose to enter while completing an assessment — for example, your name, organization, and the ratings or estimates you provide. We do not use advertising trackers, and the tools do not set marketing cookies or build a profile of you across sites.
How it's used
When you complete a tool, your responses and the resulting readout are sent to the site owner by email (via the form service Formspree) so your results can be reviewed and discussed with you. Your inputs are used to generate your readout and to follow up about your assessment — nothing else.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the site (see below).
- We do not serve ads or run cross-site advertising trackers.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Netlify and served over HTTPS. Completed-assessment data is delivered by email through Formspree. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes only what's necessary to deliver the site and its results.
Your choices
Completing a tool is voluntary, and you can stop at any time before submitting. To ask what information has been collected about you, or to request its deletion, contact us using the details below.
