From AI experiments to an operating model.

A growing suite of self-service tools that help enterprise teams benchmark where they really stand, find the highest-impact gaps, and sequence the path to agentic maturity — grounded in real deployments, not theory.

The approach

Turn a tangle of decisions into a sequenced path.

Most teams see agentic transformation as a knot of choices across vendors, platforms, and risk. These tools don't ask you to solve all of it at once — they bring structure, surface the gaps, and order the moves.

Diagnose honestly

Score where the organization actually is — not where the roadmap deck says it should be. An honest baseline is the only place real progress starts.

Benchmark against peers

See what "good" looks like at your scale and complexity, so the ambition you set is grounded in what comparable enterprises have already proven.

Sequence the moves

Get a prioritized path with the next step and the step beyond for every area — what to do first, and what it unlocks — instead of a flat to-do list.

About

The thinking behind the toolkit.

Mike Kennedy helps large organizations move from scattered AI experiments to a coherent agentic operating model. He holds a Doctorate in Management & Leadership and completed Stanford University's AI executive program, and as a certified Agentforce practitioner he has led enterprise AI strategy and transformation for some of the world's largest organizations.

His work is anchored in practical, repeatable frameworks — chief among them Real People Impact (RPI), the north-star measure that keeps transformation focused on what actually changes for the people doing the work, not technology for its own sake. Across two decades in technology consulting, revenue operations, and change leadership, the throughline is the same: make the complex sequenced and achievable.

These tools are the instruments Mike uses inside client engagements to develop AI Strategy & Transformation plans for organizations becoming agentic enterprises — diagnosing maturity, prioritizing the right use cases, and quantifying value. Bringing them forward here lets teams begin that journey themselves and arrive at a shared, evidence-based view of where they stand and where to go next.
